For software licenses, cancellations are not permitted after the license key has been issued or the software has been downloaded.

5. No Refunds After Delivery

The product was not delivered due to a verified technical error.
The product was defective or corrupted on delivery and the issue was reported within 24 hours.
The service was not rendered due to a fault on our end.
